What do I need to rent a vehicle?
To rent a vehicle with Nightfall Drive, you must be at least 25 years old, hold a valid U.S. driver’s license, and present a government-issued ID along with a valid payment method in your name.
Additional verification may be required depending on the vehicle, rental duration, insurance requirements, and internal risk assessment.
Do you offer vehicle delivery?
Yes. Concierge delivery is available in select areas, subject to availability and scheduling.
Delivery fees vary by distance, timing, and vehicle type and are confirmed before booking approval.
What is the mileage policy?
Each rental includes a daily mileage allowance, disclosed at the time of booking.
Mileage is documented at pickup and return. Excess mileage is billed at a predefined per-mile rate.
Is smoking allowed in the vehicles?
No. All Nightfall Drive vehicles are strictly non-smoking, including vaping and cannabis.
If evidence is documented, a $500 cleaning and remediation fee will apply, supported by time-stamped photos.
What are the insurance requirements?
Renters must maintain valid auto insurance that extends to rental vehicles or use an approved option when available.
Insurance responsibilities are disclosed prior to booking confirmation.
How is vehicle condition documented?
Every vehicle undergoes a pre-rental and post-rental inspection with mileage verification and photo documentation.
Can I modify or extend my reservation?
Extensions are subject to availability and approval. Updated pricing may apply. Requests must be made before the scheduled return time.
What happens if I return the vehicle late?
Late returns may result in additional charges. Any grace period is disclosed during booking.
